Charlie Badran, Head of AXA Financing within the Trading, Íø±¬³Ô¹Ï Financing and derivatives department (TSF-D) has been for more than 18 years at BNPP Asset Management (ex AXA-IM). Charlie is in charge of the Repo and financing activity globally.

Prior to joining AXA IM, Charlie worked in London at Bloomberg as a trading system sales covering both France and the Middle East. Before that, he worked in a French investment bank as a Repo and Bond trader in Paris and Luxembourg.

Furthermore, Charlie Badran seats on the governing board of the International Capital Market Association (ICMA) European Repo and Collateral Council (ERCC).

Charlie Badran holds a MSc in Mathematics from University of Nice Sophia Antipolis and a MSc in Science and management from NEOMA Business School.

A key focus of her executive mandate is spearheading ICMA’s strategic initiatives and engagement across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. Ms. Clausse BenAbdelhadi is a regular speaker on panels focused on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and is a strong proponent of social mobility within the financial industry. She is also an active and committed member of the ICMA Women's Network since its inception.

Since joining ICMA in 2010, she has been instrumental in promoting ICMA's mission across new global markets. Prior to her current role, she served as an Equity Sales Executive at Markit (now S&P Global Market Intelligence). She began her career in 2005 as a Sales Executive for Acxiom, a pioneer in data-driven marketing, operating out of the firm's European offices in Paris and London.

She holds a Master’s degree in Langues Étrangères Appliquées (Business Management in Foreign Languages – French, English, and Spanish) with a major in Corporate Communications from the Université Paris IV Sorbonne. Madhur joined the HSBC team in Saudi Arabia in December 2014, and along with his team on the ground, has overseen the substantial growth of the business in Saudi and has also closely been closely involved in the various market changes that are taking place in the capital markets space in Saudi Arabia.

He is also the Chairperson of the industry working group of custody sub-committee formed under the Capital Markets Institutions Framework.
