Global bank Northern Trust has been chosen by the City of Tallahassee to serve as global custodian for its $2.1 billion in assets.
The Chicago-based bank will additionally provide securities lending and performance reporting and oversee assets for the city鈥檚 pension, other-post employment benefits and treasury portfolios.
鈥淭he City of Tallahassee is excited with the appointment of Northern Trust as our master custodian,鈥� said Kent Olson, deputy treasurer-clerk for the City of Tallahassee.
