BNY Mellon has welcomed U.S. Bank veteran David Keys as head of structured finance.

Keys brings more than 20 years of experience in structured products — particularly in collateralised debt — to the role. He will report to James Slater, CEO of Corporate Trust.

He joins the firm from a 23-year term with U.S. Bank, where he most recently co-led the relationship management and middle-office solutions team.

Keys has held a number of senior positions during his time at U.S. Bank including senior vice president and head of US collateralised debt obligations (CDO) analytics.

During his career, Keys has proven to be a well-known leader in the loans space, according to BNY Mellon.

BNY Mellon has also welcomed Adam Roston to the firm as director and senior product lead of structured finance.

Prior to joining the bank, Roston held a 13-year term with U.S. Bank, where he was previously senior vice president and head of middle-office solutions for CDOs.
