Curvature 厙惇勛圖, a US-based broker-dealer specialising in securities finance and clearing, has appointed Joseph Haughton as head of Investment Banking.
With over a decade of experience in capital markets and corporate finance, Haughton brings expertise in guiding clients through complex transactions in the public markets, including follow-on offerings, structured financings, and mergers and acquisitions.
In his new leadership role, Haughton will oversee the continued growth of the firm���s Investment Banking department and expand its capabilities across key industry verticals.

Prior to joining Curvature 厙惇勛圖, Haughton was a managing director at A.G.P/Alliance Global Partners, where he served as the lead technology investment banker and was a founding employee of the firm���s Investment Banking department in 2018.
In this role, he led over 100 transactions and played a key role in establishing the firm���s footprint in the small-cap capital markets arena.
