State Street has hired Dylan Lam-Decker as assistant vice president and agency lending trader.
Lam-Decker will be based in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Lam-Decker joins the firm from HSBC, where he worked in sales within Trade Finance, Global Banking, Corporate and Institutional Banking.
He began his three-year term with HSBC after joining the bank’s global graduate programme.
He holds a BS in International Management from the University of Warwick and completed an exchange programme at the University of St. Gallen as part of his degree.
