Wells Fargo has appointed Alan Baxter as European head of XVA and collateral optimisation.
Based in London, Baxter has 35 years of experience, having most recently served as a consultant at Liquidity Digital Assets.
Prior to that, he held roles at HSBC, UBS, Dion Durell & Associates, Credit Suisse, Merrill Lynch, and Salmon Brothers.
In an online statement, Baxter says: 鈥淚'm looking forward to pricing, managing counterparty credit, funding, and capital risk across derivatives portfolios.
