South Street welcomes Pfenning to board of directors

South Street Íø±¬³Ô¹Ï Holdings has appointed Andrea Pfenning, former global chief operating officerBNY, to its board of directors.
Pfenning brings more than 35 years of global banking experience to her new position.
At BNY, she was president and chief operating officer of BNY Government Íø±¬³Ô¹Ï Services Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of BNY which provides US government securities and US triparty settlement services.
Prior to this, Pfenning was a client executive in global client management at Financial Institutions Group, where she managed some of the company’s largest broker-dealer relationships.
Fluent in German, she gained international experience while based in the Frankfurt office, supporting financial organisations in Austria and Switzerland.
Commenting on Pfenning’s appointment, James Tabacchi, CEO of South Street, states: “We are honoured to welcome Andrea Pfenning to our board of directors.

The firm’s board of directors comprise 10 active members who provide guidance to the South Street’s executive team in addition to contributing their industry expertise.

As well as her position within South Street, Pfenning also serves as a board advisor to BioTone and IFI Network and is a member of Golden Seeds.
