Euroclear onboards Bishti

Euroclear has welcomed Karl Bishti as head of product management for securities lending.
Based in London, Bishti will be responsible for managing and growing the firm’s suite of securities lending services globally.
In his new role, he will report to Marije Verhelst, head of collateral and financing.
Bishti brings over 20 years of industry experience to the position, having most recently worked at Fairman Consulting where he was principal consultant.
Prior to his time at Fairman Consulting, Bishti held a 13-year tenure at Credit Suisse, where he held a number of senior positions at the firm’s London and Ireland offices.
During his time with the company, Bishti was positioned within the firm’s Prime Services business, where he took on roles such as managing director, head of EMEA securities lending, and managing director, head of EMEA stock loan.
