Vermeg has confirmed that its modular suite designed for post-trade processing, Megara, has been granted the Swift Certification Label 2025.

The achievement covers three key domains: securities settlement, corporate actions, and collateral management.

Through its alignment with the Swift Standard Release 2025 (SR2025), Megara delivers a confirmed set of SR2025-ready enhancements that aim to strengthen corporate actions processing, settlement transparency, tax services, and ISO 20022 compliance.

These enhancements are available for SR2025 readiness, enabling customers to prepare for upcoming market, regulatory, and infrastructure changes while ensuring continuity of existing operations.

Megara integrates a broad set of SR2025 enhancements that improve corporate action automation, transparency, and control — these include acceptance priority types and priority level codes, documentation required indicators, and transfer of proceeds indicators.

To enhance settlement clarity and reconciliation, Megara supports SR2025 settlement enrichments focused on traceability and data consistency, the firm says.

These include extended use of unique transaction identifiers (UTI) within the confirmed scope, new price source place codes including Oracle references, and additional settlement and collateral indicators.

In addition, the platform now supports digital wallet data types integrated into cash account structures, allowing customers to manage wallet-based balances alongside traditional cash accounts.
