Tsang departs S&P Global Market Intelligence

Jonathan Tsang, head of business development EMEA, Cappitech, has now left S&P Global Market Intelligence following four years with the firm.
Based in London, Tsang was responsible for leading the expansion of the firm’s regulatory reporting capabilities.
He also managed the Cappitech client services team globally and helped clients navigate and onboard onto the Íø±¬³Ô¹Ï Financing Transactions Regulation (SFTR) platform.
Tsang has 20 years of experience covering collateral management, trade support, and regulatory reporting.
Prior to S&P Global Market Intelligence, Tsang spent more than three years at IHS Markit as director within the firm’s Global Regulatory Reporting Solutions team.
Earlier in his career, Tsang spent five years at CME Group where he was business and product development manager of the European Trade Repository.
Commenting on his departure in an online statement, Tsang says: “It has been quite the journey. From delivering the SFTR platform for the industry and navigating substantial regulatory shifts, to launching new features for our clients, it’s an experience I won’t forget. Not to mention the acquisitions we navigated along the way!
“I am raring to start my next chapter, so more to come on that very soon!â€
