Global PSSL CIC has refocused its activities on ABC Score Lab, appointing Radek Stech as CEO and Michael Gladczuk as chief technology officer.
According to the firm, the pair will lead the next stage of the Lab's development, drawing on research, financial markets experience, and technical expertise.
ABC Score Lab will focus on developing and testing approaches aimed at strengthening governance and transparency across financial markets, including securities lending.
The Lab will explore how governance commitments can be translated into practical processes that support day-to-day decision-making and provide greater transparency for market participants, the organisation says.
Stech says: “Good governance has to work for the people making decisions. Financial organisations need to understand the information they rely on, manage relationships across complex markets, and assess where new technology can improve their operations.
“Through ABC Score Lab, we can bring research and technology together, test ideas, and learn from where existing approaches work well or need to improve.
“With Michael taking on the CTO role, we have the technical leadership to develop practical ways of putting that ambition into effect.
Gladczuk takes on the role after previously serving as chief technology advisor. He is also founder and CEO of ACM Global Tech and brings experience in areas including agentic AI, blockchain trust layers, and post-quantum security.
ABC Score will continue to be maintained and developed, with the Lab becoming Global PSSL CIC's principal workstream.
The Global PSSL Principles will remain in place, and the Lab will support implementation of the Transparency Principle.
As part of the transition, Global PSSL CIC is suspending its Secretariat, College of Advisors, and existing working teams as it concentrates its activities on the Lab.
