Curvature Íø±¬³Ô¹Ï has appointed three to senior positions in its equity finance team, ahead of the launch of Curvature Íø±¬³Ô¹Ï LLC Equity Finance.
After developing Curvature Íø±¬³Ô¹Ï over the past several months, Greg Sorrentino, managing director, head of equity finance, has hired John Nacincik, Ed Connelly and Karen deStefani.
Nacincik will join the company as managing director and head of business development, having previously served as senior vice president and head of equity finance for ConvergEx group.
Both Connelly and deStefani join as director and head of equity finance trading, with deStefani bringing experience from her previous position as vice president of securities lending with ConvergEx Prime Services.
