BNP Paribas acquires HSBC’s custody and depositary bank business in Germany

BNP Paribas has agreed to acquire HSBC’s custody and depositary bank business in Germany to expand its Íø±¬³Ô¹Ï Services activity.
Through this acquisition, the Íø±¬³Ô¹Ï Services business will build out its client franchise through the expansion of its products and services for insurance companies in Germany.
The agreement aims to provide a seamless transfer of services currently provided by HSBC Continental Europe Germany to BNP Paribas’ Íø±¬³Ô¹Ï Services business in Germany.
