Jarrod Polseno has left his position as global head of securities finance trading at State Street, responsible for trading activity across the agency securities finance business, managing trading teams in global locations, and supporting technological developments to effectively utilise algorithmic trading strategies.

Throughout his 21-year tenure at the firm, he held a number of other positions, including managing director of securities finance trading, which saw him responsible for global fixed income, inclusive of government, credit, and emerging markets products.

Polseno also held the roles of vice president of securities finance trading, and associate relationship management.

Commenting on the departure, State Street states: “[Following Polseno’s departure] our agency lending business continues to be supported by the existing leadership team, and client coverage and day‑to‑day operations remain consistent.â€
