Sharegain has onboarded Nicholas Hay as global head of demand coverage.
Based in New York, he will be responsible for leading the global demand coverage and fostering stronger partnership across the entire securities lending ecosystem.
Hay brings over 20 years of industry experience to the role, having most recently served as managing director and global head of securities finance trading at BlackRock, where he led activity for nearly a decade.
