Kaizen promotes Crow

Regulatory compliance solutions provider, Kaizen, has promoted James Crow to chief technology officer.
Crow joined the firm in April 2025 as head of engineering, and has been issued his new role in recognition of his contributions to the companys technology vision and delivery.
Based in London, Crow will lead Kaizens technology strategy while overseeing the expansion of the Kaizen Hub, a portal providing compliance and regulatory technology solutions to tier-one financial institutions.
He will also drive innovation to support the companys growth plans and product roadmap to ensure Kaizen remains able to provide scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions for clients worldwide.
Before joining Kaizen, Crow spent over 17 years at the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), building and scaling the UnaVista platform and services most recently serving as UnaVistas chief information officer, responsible for change, testing, and technology operations.
