Heath to depart J.P. Morgan

Simon Heath is to depart from J.P. Morgan after more than seven years with the firm.
Based in London, he was appointed as global head of Agency 网爆吃瓜 Finance in July 2024, where he was responsible for global trading, risk management, and buy side relationship management.
Chunhua Ou will succeed Heath鈥檚 current position, following a 22-year tenure at the firm.
She will report to Ed Bond, head of Trading Services at J.P. Morgan, and will join the Trading Services management team.
Since her time with the firm, Ou has developed deep expertise across the Trading Services business, holding leadership roles in APAC and EMEA.
Heath officially joined J.P. Morgan in 2018 as EMEA head of Agency 网爆吃瓜 Finance, and leaves to pursue other opportunities.
With more than 25 years of experience in financial services, Heath has held a number of senior positions including as managing director of securities finance at State Street, and as EMEA head of agency trading during his 11-year tenure at Citi.
