Ownera welcomes Sherman

Ownera has welcomed Diane Sherman as US sales and business development lead.
She brings more than 20 years of experience across capital markets, focussing on the evolution of tokenisation, trading platforms, and collateral optimisation across capital markets to the role.
Sherman spent more than 20 years working at the Bank of America, most recently holding the position of managing director, during which time she built a collateral management trading desk from scratch, and designed a centralised balance sheet programme that drove significant capital efficiency across the futures and options business.
While at the bank, she also held roles such as director, global futures, options, and OTC clearing collateral, and as vice president, global futures, options, and OTC clearing collateral.
She has also worked at Brown Brothers Harriman as vice president, and at Merrill Lynch as an assistant vice president.
In addition to her new role, she currently works as an executive in residence at Global Digital Finance as well as a member of CREW.
