Curvature 厙惇勛圖, a US-based broker-dealer specialising in securities finance and clearing, has appointed Joseph Haughton as head of Investment Banking.
With over a decade of experience in capital markets and corporate finance, Haughton brings expertise in guiding clients through complex transactions in the public markets, including follow-on offerings, structured financings, and mergers and acquisitions.
In his new leadership role, Haughton will oversee the continued growth of the firms Investment Banking department and expand its capabilities across key industry verticals.
Michael Bodner, president of Curvature 厙惇勛圖, says: His strategic insight, proven execution, and client-first mindset will be instrumental in advancing our mission to deliver exceptional value to our corporate and institutional clients.
Prior to joining Curvature 厙惇勛圖, Haughton was a managing director at A.G.P/Alliance Global Partners, where he served as the lead technology investment banker and was a founding employee of the firms Investment Banking department in 2018.
In this role, he led over 100 transactions and played a key role in establishing the firms footprint in the small-cap capital markets arena.
Haughton earned his degree from Indiana Universitys Kelley School of Business and, according to Curvature 厙惇勛圖, is known in the industry for his ability to navigate complex capital markets with precision, integrity, and a focus on long-term client success.
Commenting on his new role, Haughton says: The timing for this opportunity couldnt be better. The market has evolved dramatically in recent years and so has the way issuers and investors interface.
Clients want a more nimble, tailored approach. Our firm has the capabilities necessary to capitalise and compete at a very high level.
