Transcend has appointed Ferdinand Peelen as a director within the firm鈥檚 EMEA sales team.
Based in London, Peelen will focus on expanding Transcend鈥檚 global footprint, particularly within the EMEA region.
Peelen joins the firm with over two decades of experience helping financial institutions optimise trade processes.
His background includes key sales roles at fintech firms, banks, and exchanges such as NASDAQ, J.P. Morgan, and the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC).
Speaking on the appointment, BJ Marcoullier, global head of sales and business development at Transcend, states: 鈥淲ith Ferdinand and his deep knowledge of our industry and the region we can continue to bring our platform to new and existing clients.鈥�
Specialising in derivatives, investor services, and collateral management, Peelen will focus on helping firms across EMEA obtain a harmonised and complete, enterprise wide view of collateral inventory and obligations.
