J.P. Morgan has welcomed changes to the sell side Trading Services sales team which aims to enhance the firm’s global coverage and client engagement.

As part of this move, Will Jeffries expands his responsibilities to become the global head of sell side Trading Services sales.

In this new role, the Americas team will now report to Jeffries, allowing for improved alignment with the EMEA and APAC teams.

Based in London, Jeffries will be responsible for further integrating regional teams to deliver a more seamless client coverage model, mirroring the firm’s global Tri-party platform, which provides clients with access to a single, unified model for collateral management.

Jeffries began his career at J.P. Morgan in 2019 as head of APAC sell side Trading Services sales.

He joined the firm from a seven-year tenure at BNY where he was most recently director of Clearance and Collateral Management sales.

In addition to Jeffries expanded role, Guy Dipper has been appointed to the Trading Services sales team as the APAC head of sell side Trading Services sales.

Currently based in Sydney as a relationship manager, Dipper will be reporting to Jefferies and relocating to Hong Kong early next year.

Dipper brings more than 20 years of experience at J.P. Morgan, including 15 years in Tri-party Services across Europe and APAC — where he has been instrumental in expanding the firm’s triparty presence in Australia.
